Ransford Teel, 81, died at 1:15 a.m. Wednesday at his Fairfield Village residence, Fort Wayne.
Born in Chippewa, Wisc. to Melvin and Hattie Kindig Teel, he was a farm hand.
Survivors include two brothers, Wilvin and wife Lucille, Milford, and Wilford and wife Bea, Warsaw.
Preceding in death were his parents, one brother and one sister.
Private services will be held Friday. Burial will be at Athens Cemetery. King Memorial Home, Mentone, is in charge of arrangements.
