Notes for G M Hilf

A letter from Flora G Hilf (Heinemann) to Susan E Nettrour (Mangel), dated July 12, 1978, explains: "...as my father as drowned in the Ohio River at a picnic (church) at Rock Springs, when I was 7 years old." She was born September 26 1898, and the picnic was probably held during the summer, therefore the year of his death was probably 1906, the summer when Flora was 7.
